i like age gap and dad’s best friend but the constant reminders that he practically raised her and him wondering if she was the way she was bc he shaped her into his perfect woman (hello grooming?) was way too much. at the end when he was holding their baby all i could think about was him doing that with her and then ending up where they are now also did he have to get the tattoo of what she wrote him when she was a fucking toddler?? she’s all into writing you’re telling me he couldn’t have gotten a note she wrote him as a fucking adult tattooed instead??

This book took me on an emotional roller coaster.
On one hand Toren and little Kenzi was the sweetest thing I ever read. The little flashbacks at the beginning of each chapter stole my heart every single time. He was also so good to her and she was good for him.
But older Kenzi and Toren also stole my heart. Toren my heart broke for him. All those women that played with his heart had me so upset. He was such a good guy literally the epitome of a book boyfriend. And Kenzi was so good towards him and understood who he was and appreciated him.
This book was so good.

Holy shit this was.... intense. I came into this blindly and just woah. This is very heavy on the taboo and I'm not sure how to feel about it. I hated the flashbacks to when she was a child, it felt very ick.

I know this book can gross some people out but it wasn't the case for me. Sure bugged me sometimes, but I liked Kenzi and Tor together. It's an ok book, but I wouldn't read it again only because the steaming scenes aren't steaming enough hahahah

My only complaint is that I wish there was MORE !! I was soo sad when I got to the epilogue that we didn’t get to see more of Tor & Kenzie’s relationship blossom
