Th story is picking up, but still feels like it is only setting stage for something else (something that, maybe, begins with 'Secret' and ends with 'Empire'. Maybe.)
I am enjoying the texture Steve is given as a villain, and the amount of thought that has gone into the backstory. The artwork, especially for the 'flashback', is fantastic.
I am not quite buying the #NotAllHydra set up, with the idea that an original, noble organization was corrupted and thus aligned with the Nazis and Steve Rogers must now return it to its former glory and goodness. But then, we are hearing the story for his perspective so who knows.
