Review of The Fall

            This is the prequal to Of Blood and Fire how the world got the way it is in present Of Blood and Fire story.  I don’t have a lot to say, but I did like it.  It was a good introduction to the world and reveal what led to the Lorian Empire that we find ourselves in during the first book.  I appreciate how we are shown multiple groups of character’s reactions to what happened and how are antagonist is more complex than just a greedy character.  I wish it had been a longer story because I felt like I was dropped in the middle of final scene of a longer story.  There should have been more of a lead up to what happens in the novella.
