The 10th book in the Tom Gates series, and they never bore me. The author keeps finding ways to make everything fun in each book. In this one Tom and his family are going on a holiday, but as you can guess it is pretty disastrous as they get a crappy mobile villa (though for a reason, thanks dad), get stuck in the mud (Tom is suddenly happy with his mom being overprotective), Delia can take her best (and ungrateful) friend, Avril (really, is it that hard to say thank you), Tom forgets his homework (as expected, though I do wonder why he or his parents never thought off it), and then there is tons more (really mom, don't push Tom for pants, and then forget them yourself). I loved it. I also like the activity pages, though I would never draw there (now I really couldn't as it is a library copy, but if it was my own copy, also a big no).

- Reading hasn't been my top priority for the last few weeks but I'm hoping to finally get back into reading again. I have enjoyed taking a step back but I have really missed reading.

A Middle School book I read in High School.
Not much of a captivating book, for people who want a lighthearted, fast-paced and fun read
