Aw- I know at least one mom I could give this to who will cry while reading it. It's cute- diverse families!- and just celebrates babies and love. It feels like a future classic.

A really, really cute trek through a baby's first year that ends abruptly by smacking the reader in the face with that baby climbing onto a school bus. An obscenely adorable reminder that life moves too fast.

My daughter has loved this book since she was about 9 months old. She is past two now and still asks for it. It is a sweet story, with beautiful illustrations showing all kinds of children and families.

Such a cute book that this mama probably loves more that her kids do! I love the different types of families that are shown, and my kids enjoyed this book pretty well.

A sweet, sentimental read that would work better for tugging at parents' heartstrings. I would definitely use this at Baby Time but not necessarily at a storytime.

Good for a storytime about babies or getting a new sibling.

The illustrations are adorable, and the rhyming text is clever without being too cutesy.
