I love, love, love this series and this author. So I loved, loved, loved this book, except maybe for the end which left me a little unsatisfied, but I *need* to read the rest !

Last Accident
I wasn't super excited about starting this book because the basis of the plot bothered me. You learn about Quincey and his daughter Mandy from the first books then all of a sudden a year after the accident and a month after the burial all of a sudden there are questions that it was possibly a murder. Meh. Even though this bothered me I still expect a great book full of suspense.
I will say points in this book felt more obvious than previous books but because of all the suspects you were still somewhat guessing throughout it. The murder didn't quiet shock me but I was happy with how it ended. For almost the whole second half of the book I was kept in suspense at what was going to happen and who would die next.
I find I have an absolute love for smart methodical serial killers (fictional, of course) and the smart people who catch them. While this wasn't my favorite book it was still outstanding and I can't wait to read the next one!

4.5 stars I loved this book. Had to deduct 1/2 star for one over the top moment (the mask thing). You’ll know it when you read it but it’s all I can say without giving something away.
