I absolutely adored An Enchanted Moment on Ever After Street! This heartwarming tale blends fairy tale magic, romance, and community spirit beautifully. Marnie, the owner of a struggling bookshop, finds an unexpected friendship with her mysterious, reclusive neighbor, Darcy. Their bond grows through shared gardening moments, and the Beauty and the Beast parallels add a lovely touch. More than just a romance, it's a story of healing, second chances, and connection. Jaimie Admans has crafted a witty, emotional, and uplifting read that fans of small-town romance and fairy tales will love. A truly magical book!  (full review on momobookdiary)

Just loved this book. Who doesn't love a twist on Beauty and the Beast. And I thought I was the only one who was disappointed when he turned into a prince x x x

You need to go in with your youthful love of Beauty and the Beast. It’s a sweet retelling but know it is cheesy.

I am such a sucker for a good Beauty and the Beast story! I absolutely loved this cute story of Darcy and Marine and the return to the Ever After Street! This was a very quick read and includes love, humor, acceptance of one's past trauma and hopes for the future.

I really love this series and cannot wait to read the next book!

I listened to the audiobook and really enjoyed the performance by Emma Noakes. I hope she continues narrating this series!

Jaime Admans' latest book, An Enchanted Moment on Ever After Street, takes place in a small town where anything can happen.

Marnie is struggling with grief after her adored mum passed away, leaving her the bookshop. Sadly, Marnie hasn’t felt able to come up with new ideas to draw people in, so it’s struggling financially and the garden hasn't been cared for in ages. To make matters worse, her landlord is warning her to clean up her act.

Enter her "Scary Neighbour," Darcy, who is usually reclusive but starts responding to Marnie's persistent chatting. As their unlikely friendship blossoms, Marnie races against time to save her beloved bookshop.

Will she be able to turn things around and get her happy ending? You'll have to read the book to find out!

This is a fun, enchanting, entertaining read. Darcy and Marnie are interesting, relatable, intriguing, complex, captivating, entertaining characters. They grabbed my attention from the start and held it until the very end. This story and these characters are very spell binding (pun intended). I enjoyed their romance with all it’s twists and turns. I especially loved the growth of both characters throughout the course of the story. The secondary characters added to the fabric of the story. I love that we got to see so much of the couple and other characters we met in the first book in the series. I am looking forward to reading more in this world and about these characters.

I enjoyed the audio version of this book and the narrator.
