I enjoyed this book so much and am immediately diving into the next book. Bea is delightful. Kesgrave grew on me. The author's tone and writing is excellent and I laughed out loud quite a few times.

If you like the Veronica Speedwell novels, you'll probably like Beatrice, too even though the two women are so very different. I love finding wonderful books like this.

I greatly enjoyed Beatrice! I found her internal thoughts quite hilarious—and sympathized with her character. I enjoyed seeing her develop. Her Aunt Vera is horrible, though. I understand that in a perverse way, her character drives the development of Bea’s growth, but STILL!
I’m certainly planning to read the next installment of the series.
