Definitely way better than the second part and as sizzling as the first
The gradual introduction of kinky
The gradual shift for control and then as a feminist it bothered me but then the control evolved into two way control and involvement between the main characters
Can't wait to start reading part 4

Entertaining
I kept reading the series wanting to see how it all pans out. Sometimes I feel like it's sort of a roller coaster it has these really great moments in the book and then parts were just feels like it falls off. Either way I do enjoy reading the characters

I am so disappointed with the direction of this installment. Don't get me wrong, the series thus far is full of toxic relationship traits that would make me run for the hills in real life. But this one took the cake. In hardpressed book 2, it felt like there was some character development on both Blake and Erica's parts. But this book derailed it for both of them. Blake's control issues went to a whole new level, basically giving Erica an ultimatum, demanding complete control over her body and business. And Erica just allows it, just gives in. It took a for amount of effort not to DNF this book, and im not sure ill be able to finish the rest of the series with an open mind. I love my smut books, but you can do smut without a completely toxic relationship.

Although the relationship progressed, the storyline was so overshadowed by the relationship that this was a little tedious to get through. There’s so much going on with the plot, I need answers not dick! I want to know what Michael’s going to do in response to Max, what the police know about Mark, what’s Richards gain in this, or Risa’s, and where the fuck is Trevor?! THAT’S what I need! But we got more whiny Erica who has a mental breakdown when she sleeps alone for one night but when she’s sexually assaulted she insists she’s fine. Girl, come on. That’s the one time any woman would not be fine but damn is the world about to end because Blake is mad at you. I would probably stop here with the series, but I just have to know the answers to my questions. I’m about to the point of skipping the spicy scenes, which is disappointing since that’s why I started this series in the first place.
