There were no warnings for the pandemic content. I wasn't prepared for it.
Also a little shocking to hear the word "spastically" being used to describe something, especially in a book from 2019.

A woman leaves a cult and a world-wide pandemic breaks out and she is a wanted fugitive. It was like an action movie, but ultimately cheesy, unbelievable, and too convenient. I would have preferred the author just focus on one of the elements - either the cult or pandemic.
