This book was so good. When reading this I could feel how personal it was. The author put all of her heart and soul into this, and got something great out of it.

This is a friends to lovers college romance. the book follows Livvy who is now exploring sexuality and purity culture and Cole her best friend who is very protective over her. hint* he has strong feelings for her but doesn't really know how to show them. This book deals so much more than the romance. I love the way it explore themes on purity culture and the harmful effects it has.
The characters in this book were great. Skyler Mason makes realistic characters. I know it’s the typical virgin and the manwh*re. But when you read them, you understand how they became who they are. I love Livvy. She was everything I thought she would be and more. Cole was great, he was caring and compassionate to the ones he loved.
As someone who grown up in church and has experienced purity culture this book felt deeply personal to me. Livvy's character felt so relatable and the fear that what you're doing is wrong and you'll get punished for it felt so relatable. I'm glad to have read this book.
I love this author and everything she puts out. This is one of my favourites and am so excited to read the next one she releases. (cough cough* Brenna and Armaan)

I wanted this to be good and then I was reading reviews and they were all saying gross things that I didn't want to read..
I want a good book about breaking out of purity culture without a toxic MMC

She annoyed me and the religious stuff was triggering. He also annoyed me with his "protectiveness".

First, for some reason I thought this was 60 page novella type book. I committed to reading it before bed and now it’s 5am. Lol, I should have fact checked that one.

The story line was good and had me laughing out loud several times. The lead up to the ending got murky for me in a beginning of New Moon way with how miserable both the characters were being. The outcome was pleasant but very rushed (2-3 pages if that). Overall, cute story.
