I really liked the science part of the book and the general idea of the plot. I also kind of like the main character. However, the reveal of the main perpetrator and their motives was a bit dull.

 Don't love it, don't hate it.
Gal dėl to, kad šiais metais perskaičiau vienus geriausių kriminalinių trilerių gyvenime, visiems kitiems kartelė užkelta labai aukštai.
Toks whodunnit tipo siužetas, mažo meistelio aplinkoje. Nors skaitėsi labai lengvai ir puslapiai tirpo greitai, kas visada yra pliusas, tačiau nemažai dalykų, kurie mano akyse turėjo potencialo, bet nebuvo iki galo išpildyti.
Visokie nužudymai mažuose miesteliuose yra įdomūs tuo, kad niekada nežinai kas atsakingas ir įtarinėji visus. Gal tai nebuvo autoriaus tikslas, nes kaltininką atspėti nebuvo sunku, kaip ir nuspėti, kas bus įtariami, bet nekalti irgi. Buvo keli nenuspėjami sužieto vingiai, bet didelės įtampos nesukėlė.
Personažai blankoki, neįdomūs. Tyrimo ir policijos darbo čia irgi tik nuotrupos. Iš knygos pavadinimo tikėjausi daug daugiau pasigilinimo į šią temą ir informacijos įtraukimo į siužetą.
Pats Hunteris toks "beskonis", nemanau, kad tęsiu seriją. BET ar rekomenduočiau? Taip. Nes nejaučiau, kad švaisčiau laiką ir manau daugumai labai patiks knyga.
