I loved the concept of this series - four Russian orphans with an unknown future. From the prologue, I was immediately interested in learning more about each.

This particular story went from zero to one hundred pretty quickly. The main characters were interesting and certainly had chemistry. They both had a strength of character, initially, but as the story went on, they flipped. Libby became so needy (almost too much so). She also became super emotional and suspicious. That was kind of annoying and completely unexpected. Daniil was dark and brooding...a complete draw. I liked him, but he was a hard nut to crack.

I love the stories where the guy is kind of broken because he is missing his brother/sibling. I think it shows a different side to men because typically men don't show emotion because its 'wrong' and so when the author makes them vulnerable in this way it kind of breaks my heart.

Can't wait to get my hands on the next in this series!!
