just finished this book and the situation is this: tears streaming down my face while I hold this dammed book open on the last page to my chest and rock trying to find some comfort

Spoilerokay but why would he keep going up the wall??? I feel like he would have been able to safely make it back to the camp?? 😭
Spoiler but it was beautiful, heartbreaking, and I would torture my heart all over to read it again.

ok actual review: I would have rated it 5 stars but the first couple of chapters something about how it was written I really didn’t mesh with, and I actually almost dnf’d it. But thankfully I kept going because I absolutely LOVED the rest of the book.

Rant : oh my god Pyrrhus doesn’t show up until the last what 10 pages? And I was just angry the entire time. Like he is the absolute WORST PERSON EVER

The thing is I didn’t even cry when both of them died but I cried during the time Achille’s son talked about Patroclus and then hysterically cried at what Thetis did at the end.
