This was so cute and so camp. Amazing narrator for the audiobook too!

The first chapter was good but it quickly went down hill from there. The book would have been over in 30 pages of he had just talked to the love interest. I personally hate the miscommunication troup. He's a king but doesn't know anything about politics and they kinda push the whole running a kingdom thing to the side.

Wasn't really in the right headspace for this book so didn't really enjoy it but I think it definitely has an audience. Set in a DnD inspired world, lots of modern Humor and interesting characters

Plot hinges on 2 people not talking to each other. It's plot is only miscommunication. Felt very hollow. Think this would of been a good short story.
