This comic is perfect if you want dark, queer plotline. I love comics because they're dynamic engaging and often give us the narratives that other media lack (or develop poorly). I only wish there were more issues as it feels relatively short, even for a comic. You will have to suspend your disbelief a bit in this novel, but given the premise I don't believe that's much to ask. The heroines in this novel are morally gray radicals. I wish their relationship was explored more, but there is a "happily ever after" that I can accept.
SpoilerWith the ending literally advertised in the title
this a great intro into comics or slump buster if you're an avid graphic novel fan.
