I loved the running theme of music throughout but It just wasn’t for me. Not was I was expecting going into the book but it was okay. I’ve read worse let’s say that. 🖤

Marlons superhotte date Sonya dør første gang de går ut. 16 år gamle Marlon er mistenkt en stund, men selv etter at man finner ut at Sonya døde av naturlige årsaker, er det langt fra slutt på problemene til Marlon. Sonya hadde noen tvilsomme bekjente, og Marlons storebror den nå hjerneskadde Andre, hadde enda flere. Noen er ute etter hevn, og det går ut over Marlon. Det er en spennende historie her et sted, men forfatteren bruker altfor lang tid til å komme til poenget. Ikke minst dreier for mye av handlingen seg om hva Marlons mor tenker, sier og føler. Tror ikke de fleste 16-åringer er så opptatt av mora si. Hadde forfatteren kuttet manuset til det halve, hadde dette vært er riktig god spenningsbok.
