It was and enjoyable read. There were just aspects I wish were different. Like I wish I had watched them become powerful together, just something there fell flat for me. There were also repeating aspects (one example a man can only apologize about something so many times before it's annoying, either forgive him or don't).

I enjoyed how Trip is building Blood Fury again and his ideas. The way he was controlling with Stella made me want to punch him sometimes but she was also letting him be that way in a sense.  However, the way he showed he cared for her made up for it all. I just wish she grew a backbone by the end to be his equal. I guess now as I'm writing this I realize it was Stella that fell flat for me. She went through a lot and was strong for that but just didn't build as a character as I hoped she would.

I still look forward to reading the next books and diving into the other members' lives.
