Very minimal text and it doesn't actually describe what dogs do until the back, which was the whole point of the book. Plus the text we do have is super short. I loved the illustrations though.

A great books to expand what children know about dogs. Compared to many picture books on pets, I love the way Margaret Cardillo used a different narrative perspective to tell this story. Zachariah Ohora’s bold and inking illustrations are the bonus!
