It was a captivating read. However… I did find the characters annoying and the story seemed more like a first draft writing- as if the author didn’t even know where the plot would lead. There were absolutely no conclusions or explanations. Lots of wayward story arcs that would never be explored.. and if that wasn’t the spookiest part of the whole novella idk what was.
