Rebel Heart was OK, but I didn't really find the struggles Rush and Gia went through to be very realistic. The fact that they had to struggle with their feelings was one thing, but the way that they kind of sort of resolved things didn't seem very real to me.
I did enjoy the story overall, and there were some fun dialogues - but I was a little underwhelmed.

A perfect conclusion to this heart stopping duet!
Rush once again grabbed my heart and had it bursting with so many emotions.
This book starts right where it left off in Rebel Heir .
I liked that this story was a non stop of finding out what would happen between Rush and Gia.
Rush brought his game on with how he felt for Gia.
His emotions were all over the place and there were times where I didn't know if he could or would be able to tell Gia how or if he could handle the complications they were having of being together.
Gia had me crying with her. She is a hot mess of emotions that were topping with Rush's that they had me biting my nails waiting to see what she would do to with her feelings for Rush.
Go get this book and find out if these two can resolve their emotions for one another and have their rebel hearts captured.

Great part two
Full review to come. I enjoyed the second part. It was hard with the inner dialogue between the two because you just know they will end up together.... but it was the wait that gets you.

Hot damn, that was great! Rush became one of my all time favorite book sweetheart without a hesitation. The filthy mouthed bad boy with a gold heart is just irresistible. This duology just lifted my standards pretty high, now I'm afraid I will have a hard time to found anything even a bit as good as this was. It's have a silver medal on my book shelf in a romance category.

First and foremost, I am in love with Rush’s reaction to Gia’s pregnant body. Every woman should have a partner who looks at her that way when pregnant. 👏👏👏 @vi_keeland and @penelopewardauthor for writing what sets the example for every non-pregnant partner out there.
The storyline had me swinging between angst (holy dramatic irony y’all) and swooning. Loved it! Oh! And I’m loving that there is a possible love story between some ancillary characters... I won’t spoil it but it made me smile.
Pick yourselves up a copy ladies. It’s well worth the read!

I appreciated the fast pace. I did not appreciate the minor misogyny (though it was less prominent than I expected to be honest)
Honestly, I probably would have enjoyed this more if I read the first book right before this one and actually remembered literally anything from that story, but alas I did not. I read Rebel Heir two and a half years ago soooo yeah this was fine but I don’t have lots to say.

The only strong opinion I have on this book is that if my boyfriend missed the birth of our child for any reason (including the one in this novel) I would actually commit a crime so I did not appreciate that inclusion at all.
