I think I liked the first book more but I have always preferred the Gods to the Heroes. Though I am glad that I have read it. I learnt more about heroes I was less famililar with. I didn't realise greeks were full of reoccuring characters. I also didn't realise that basically Jason and the Argonauts were basically the first lads holiday.
I think my favourite was either, Theseus or Atalanta. I like the interuptation that the minotaur was a mercy kill.
