Exactly what you’d expect a monk to tell you about eating.

I especially enjoyed 1) chewing one's string beam, not one's worries, 2) the idea that drinking tea is drinking a cloud / our food contains the universe / etc.

A book that beautifully teaches how to eat and shows you that you have been doing it wrong the whole time.

there were a few helpful things in this book that I also learned in therapy but overall I felt too much pressure and there was to much religion that played into eating and it just didn't click with me.

I know that a lot of people love these books, but apparently it is just not for me.

Not my style of book. Kind of ironic I could only pay attention to this book when I read it at 1.75 speed...
It's a valuable idea, but My ADHD brain has issues with just "being" with something.
