This might be my favourite book in the series. It handles mental health issues and codependency in relationships in such a gracious way. I absolutely love it, and wish I had read it back when I was a teenager, because it would definitely have opened my eyes to the issues I was going through.

Brilliant as always from Alice, this one definitely pulled at the heartstrings and made me sad but it’s a fantastic book none the less. This book does discuss mental illness, self harm and eating disorders just to warn potential readers. However it was written well and discussed it perfectly and realistically that i am sure many people may relate and find comfort in.

A difficult read but an excellent one. Really explores mental health, eating disorders, and self-harm in a way that isn’t graphic. It focuses on how love can’t cure mental illness and how everyone needs a support network. It looks at serious issues with love, kindness, and respect. At the back of the volume are resources are mental health in the UK and the U.S.
