I've yet to see a book properly handle the subject of (possible trigger)
Spoilereating disorders and mental illness among young men
with the level of tact and care that's required when discussing the topic. All this in Oseman's lovely drawing style and incredibly real characterization. Cannot recommend this book enough to those who are prepared to read it!

Spoiler poor Charlie :( I’m really glad he went to therapy and got better. Finding out he have OCD and used to self harmed is so sad. Really glad Nick is there to give him a big hug .

Yet again another great read by Alice Oseman! This book went into more depth about Charlie’s eating disorder and his OCD. I thought Oseman did a great job at conveying it the right way in her story. I’m really glad that Charlie was able to get help from others than just depending on Nick the entire time. I think if it would have continued that way it would have really hurt their relationship.

This addition to the series was amazing. I know there aren't going to be many more but I'd spend the rest of my life reading about these characters. This one handles heavier topics than the others and is a very good read if you're noticing depression or mental health troubles in loved ones.
