With the surprise addition of a 4th book to this series I wasn’t sure what I was going to get in this story. Yes, there’s hot spicy scenes and you still have all the possessive tension of all the men (Bohnes is STILL #1) but I felt like we floundered a little in plot.

I’m keeping final decision to the end to see where the story takes it’s final turns to the checkered flag but this has a long way until it reaches HAVOC level devotion.

dnf @ somewhere between chapter 17 - chapter 27

i have no "valid" reasoning as to why i'm dnf'ing it other than the fact that i'm bored and don't really feel like tolerating the writing, characters, dialogue, plot, and all of that stuff.

i'm sorry, but 1 star unless i change my dnf system to be unrated ratings instead of 1 star or whatever

hell of a ride

I thought this was going to be the last of the series but I was obviously wrong.

This was a fun read though I’m sad there wasn’t more Bohnes in it, lol. He is definitely my favorite followed by Widow.

This is one of my favorite series by this author! Not gonna lie though, a certain boy was getting on my nerves with his back and forth, but I understand why it's necessary for the plot. All in all, I loved the focus on the plot and character development simultaneously! Bohnes will forever be my favorite though!

Omg that cliffhanger that freaking cliffhanger ! I’m stunned I didn’t see that coming. I love Scarlett and her guys and this book consumed me but that cliffhanger ugh I need the next book like today lol
