Was excited about the salon aspect of this, however there were too many things that just would never work. I really liked her last book but this one was lacking for me.

Forgettable. Listen, I love housewife drama. I love rich people drama. But this took me weeeeks to finish. It was so predictable and boring honestly. Olivia was so annoying (which I know was the point but on audiobook it was barely sufferable). Just didn’t do it for me but I know it’s an unpopular opinion!

If you go into this book looking for an incredible piece of literature, you’re not going into it with the right mindset. This book is basically a soap opera. It’s filled with rich, catty women, and small-town drama. I thought it was a blast, but there were some parts that were just a bit too cringey for my taste. Definitely a fun audiobook, though!

A 3.5! A fun storyline. If you’re looking for a rich wives murder mystery, I’d pick this up.

This book has a very "desperate housewives" feel to it. It was such a fun read that keeps you guessing. My favorite by Jeneva Rose.

I wasn’t in a reading mood when I started this so it took me awhile to get through but it was a very enjoyable story. Sort of like watching reality shows but with murder, a bit of a guilty pleasure. I love multiple POV books, it keeps it fresh and interesting

This was a great guilty pleasure listen. Kept me guessing about who was gonna die - though you totally root for one character from the beginning. Rounded up from a 4 1/2 only because the end felt a little rushed and left a plot point hanging.

I did enjoy this book, it kept me interested because it was very desperate housewives ish, which I loved back in the day. But it took a minute to get into & it was a little hard to follow at first since it's from 5 points of view. The narration in audiobook form was great. The ending was unexpected & a nice twist. Overall good book but not one of my favorites, I'd give it a 3.8 out of 5.

I enjoyed the characters though it took me quite some time to keep them all straight. For a book entitled “One of Us is Dead,” it sure took a long time to find out who.

If you like the areal Housewives series you will love the catty bitches of this book! I kinda had it figured out but it definitely kept me entertained.
