It was semi slow burn semi insta love? I guess? lol
I enjoyed the characters they seemed very believable and even their feelings didn’t seem outrageously left field.
I really liked the little boy and Mr. Casale

Did not catch my attention at all. Romance felt forced. Emory is very insecure and Gray, a 40 year old man, let’s his father meddle in his life.

I really love it and I love the plot. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact they’re both thing they didn’t deserve each other but they do. They are really cute together and I love Gray the protector.

ARC received for an honest review

This is my first read by Ms Vale, but I am sure going to be reading more.

I love a good MMA fighter book and Fighting For Her is no exception.

There were a couple of things I really loved about this book.

Firstly, our leading lady Emory is 38. It should be surprising to us readers to have an older characters, but it seems to be so few and far between lately that it was a big tick for me.

Secondly, even though Gray is a champion MMA fighter, he is not all perfectly sculpted abs and a face that launches a thousand ships. He bears the scars from his years fighting with pride. He knows he is not perfect, and that just makes him all the more adorable.

From that instant spark of lust and attraction to more, Emory and Gray were just perfect for each other, and made for a sweet, sexy, quick read with a bit of mystery thrown in for good measure.

I really did enjoy this book, and I can't wait for the next in the series.

Emory wanted to flee her friends engagement party, especially after meeting a man who is giving her every pick up line made to man. Fortunately she is rescued by Grayson Green, he seems to sense a need for a rescue. Gray wants to get to know Emory better, but he senses she is not ready and wants her to be on the same page when he makes his move. Emory has no clue that Gray is a former MMA champion and it makes her all the more intriguing, but someone is stalking Emory and Gray wants to figure out who before it is too late.

Loved the chemistry in this story. Gray oozes sensual man. This was such a fun read, definitely reread worthy.

This is book one in the MMA Fighter Romance series and it features Grayson Green, retired MMA fighter and Emory, nurse practitioner. Emory's occupation probably should have played a more important part in this story but it was still good regardless. I loved Grayson's forwardness, his protectiveness and Emory's hesitancy. Watching them get to know each other and watching their romance blossom was beautiful. The Casale family was a brilliant addition to this already great story line.

It was over too fast! I can't wait for the next book in this series.
