Me arrastei a semana toda pra terminar esse livro. Bateu aquela ressaca literária... :/

Só não abandonei a leitura por acreditar no trabalho da Sara Shepard. Esperava que pelo menos o final fosse me surpreender, mas... Sinceramente, não curti.

I received this book in exchange of an honest review. This book was a little more adult than the pretty little liar series. We start out with Eliza, an author, who has gaps in her memory. She believes she was pushed into a pool at a hotel but her parents believe she was trying to commit suicide again. Eliza goes on a hunt for the real truth and finds out some messed up stuff. I felt this book was pretty predictable and knew what was going on the whole time. This one would be a nice beach read as it has some mystery to it.

I wish I could un-read that trash.
Honestly I should have known to quit when it was mentioned for the 5th time that — the totally useless character— Desmond drove the Batmobile.

Probably it’s really a 3.5 but I’m feeling generous. Also the unreliable narrator didn’t drive me as crazy as in other books. As she had a legit reason to question what was real.

The writing is good I flew through the book but about 75% in it seemed too long. It kind of fell flat at that point for me.
