I think for some people, this book could really appeal with its jarring narrative structure and comings and goings of many, many characters but for me it fell very flat and just wasn’t for me.
Also; very much check the content warnings on this one.

I listened to the audiobook of this book, so I'm kind of biased against this book (because I don't usually like listening to audiobooks). 
There were some interesting parts of this book. I learned a lot about Ealanor Roosevelt. However, I didn't enjoy this book at all. It was darker than I thought it would be, and it was genuinely horrifying at certain points. I wouldn't generally recommend this book.
