I worked my way through the series, as I grew up reading a couple of the earlier books.  As an adult, none really worth my time.  And the books got sadder, more predictable, more sexist, and more contrived with each installment.  

This was a fitting, could-not-have-come-soon-enough end to the series.

Meh. The earlier Fives are much much better and I see why she stopped writing after the last few. Lots of recycled ideas and characters (not like just reused archetypes) and she starts breaking the fourth wall in the last few as a way to avoid exposition. I think Blyton was bored with these by the end too.

Start at beginning of series and stop whenever you feel it gets too weird!

Hm, buku ke-21 dari seri Lima Sekawan.
Entah kenapa, berasa datar saja saat membaca buku ini.
Tidak ada yang terlalu mengejutkan walau tetap menyenangkan dibaca.

Although I don't agree with animals being in circuses, I enjoyed the adventure and mystery. I started with the last book in the series, but this is not a series which has to be read in order.
