UBC, Phys 100 + 101 - Introductory Physics, Energy and Waves. Clear and concise explanations, well illustrated, useful examples. Very helpful books for studying introductory phys. Helped me to pass my courses with flying colours~

This is a great reference for basic information on pretty much every physics topic. The frequent use of illustrations and non-rigorous language means this text can be used in high school, but I still refer to it occasionally in grad school.

Great to find formulas as they just give it to you but not so great in explaining. Take notes in class.
