This book was recommended to me by fellow coworkers as something that could help to support with trying to be more present in life. I think it definitely accomplishes that and gives me a lot to think about. The challenges they give you are not super difficult and feel manageable. I enjoyed listening to it and have tried to put to practice some of what it talks about.
