It took a while to really get me, but when it did I was thrilled. I came up with various theories as I read, but the unravelling of the plot twists still left me surprised - it's really not as predictable as it might initially appear to be.

I was more into the book towards the beginning. By the end I was just trying to get through it. I never force myself to finish books, so it was at least interesting enough for me to finish. Ultimately gets a “meh” from me.

I love a good demonic pregnancy tale-except when the author is incredibly repetitive. The amount of times that the author describes the feeling of someones hand touching the FMC, or the "blinding, white light" pain, is too much. There is also a major-ish plot hole? I did not like the ending either, but I am SO excited to watch this season of American Horror Story.
