"when ordinary people pray, they gain access to extraordinary power"
10 Inspiring stories of how the prayers of women influence the situations around them, and what they can teach us about our own prayer life.
I loved that each chapter started with a little story, I found it impactful on a different level to see things through the eyes of these women.

I enjoyed the connection between biblical women and how it can be applied to current day or your own life. Definitely an encouraging read.

Prayer indeed is the most powerful thing given to God's people. Be greatly inspired by this book as we women continue to live each day for God's glory, in the hope and love for Jesus our savior. Pray fervently and without ceasing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book! I like how I was able to identify with every story. My personal favorite was the story of the Shunamite woman. It's a pretty easy read, and there were moments where I was like, "why is Bishop Jakes calling me out right now?" Lol. I encourage women who are struggling with their relationship within themselves or with God to read this book. After reading, I feel more confident to rebuild my connection with God, and fearless to walk in whatever purpose that He created for me.
