I would've definitely LOVED this more if I read it (and the whole series) in my teens. I think the way each character navigates life through high school is very realistic and relatable. Although the main characters in this one felt a bit far from the simonverse, it was still quite enjoyable. A fun and easy lighthearted read.

This was indeed adorable, as most contemporary books are. They aren't normally my thing but I read it for the sake of Simon.

- Great diversity
- Problems could have been solved if characters talked to each other? Frustrating
- Molly is not well developed and I can't say I know a lot about her or any of the other characters
- Lots of side characters that all felt flat and similar
- Quick paced and enjoyable but not a favourite
- Not as good as Albertalli's debut

Overall - 3.5 stars

I can't believe I finished this in a day, it took me like three the first time around.
Anyway, I'm going to add another star just because!
Also, the fact that I've read this twice and both times were in july

This was amazing, and I liked it more than Simon Vs.
I related to the main character so much, and the author put some of my deepest thought into words. I felt so happy reading this book.

Also, this book has so much representation, it's wonderful. I loved all the characters soo much ❤

This book was super cute and quick to read. I enjoyed most of the characters and having recently read Simon, I loved the inclusion of some of the characters from that book. I do think my expectations were a little high due to me loving Simon so much, though.
