This is a book from the #NeverAgain book bundle from Adarna House.

It's a Filipino children's book about Jenny whose mom, Aling Chit, was imprisoned in Camp Crame during the Marcos Dictatorship. Jenny visits her mom often, and her mom gives her a paper flower after every visit.

I thought this book was sweet and sad. The POV of the 7 year old child, Jenny, was done well. I was especially touched when she would try to remember all the good and fun things she did for the week so she could tell her mom on the next visit.
