This is definitely my favorite of this series. The premise was adorable and I loved the chemistry between Blake and Jordan. Honestly the story was just super cute and the way they got closer felt really organic.

The spice was kind of lower in this book than others; the romance was more the focus, which was fine with me. I just really enjoyed both characters.

Maybe it says something that my favorite book of the rockstar series is the one that has the least to do with actually being a rockstar. It felt a lot less like One Direction fanfiction than the previous books.

To be fair, I have not read book three yet because why would I ever read a Sadenverse series in order? Blasphemy. I went from one to two to four, I started the novella, and I’ll do three after that. It’s a clusterfuck, like the rest of the series in this universe. What can I say?

Blake and Jordan though. Solid couple.

Nevermind, this one is my fave of the series. I loved Blake and Jordan together, they were sweet and fun and did their best despite the disney-villain bad guy.
Being friends with you might be hazardous to my mental well-being.”
Jordan wipes away a fake tear. “You say the sweetest things. Are we doing this or what?”
I wipe my mouth with my napkin. “Yeah, I’m in.”

Blake's straight and he is only playing in this queer romcom because he lost a bet to his costar, out and proud actor Jordan Brooks. Things are a bit awkward at first, they have no real chemistry on set and Ben, the producer and Jordan's boyfriend, gives them hell. When Ben's revealed to be a cheater in an accident that pauses production for 2 weeks, Blake takes Jordan along an Eleven reunion vacation in their Montana chalet... and lines get BLURRED. Another bet, and sparks start flying.

I like how Jordan and Blake are legit friends... who grow into something more. I loved their relationship when it was platonic-y, Jordan is so damn funny and Blake is so chill. Also Jordan is [b:It's Complicated - Liebe leicht gemacht|57519119|It's Complicated - Liebe leicht gemacht (Fake Boyfriends, #3.5)|Eden Finley|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1616626955l/57519119._SY75_.jpg|90069176]'s Jordan and I was so happy to see him again! I love characters who appear flirty and dramatic to hide their insecurities, I love them!! And I love when they're paired with characters as kind and understanding as Blake. Blake always thought he was straight, but he accepts his attraction for Jordan and subsequent sexuality update really smoothly.
“Had you ever thought of being with another guy before?”
“Thought about it, sure. Doesn’t everyone?”
“Oh, my sweet precious baby bi, sweetie. Honey.”

He always checks to see if Jordan's comfortable but will not hesitate to be honest with him and ask for what he needs. Jordan's been burned more than once by bi-curious men who promise him forever only to leave him for someone else. Blake always does his best to reassure him and I loved that for them.

Even when the plot devolves into ridiculous villain drama (I still do not understand Ben's motivations, he was supposed to have moved on with another boyfriend but we never hear of said boyfriend again and his actions are so... childish. I guess that's the point but it was just eh), Jordan and Blake do what they can and they don't get into any overly-dramatic breakup or what they work through things and that was great. The book was great! I'm happy to end the series on this note, just in time to move onto Iris' book!!!!!

✎ ENCORE the Fourth and Final book in the Famous Series and let me just say well done @edenfinley,this is exactly how you write the ending of a series.I loved every second of this book.

✎ Blake and Jordan have my heart, their love was so genuine and beautiful.Loved how Blake was patient with Jordan,Knowing that Jordan has insecurities and fears from all his previous relationships,he never gave up but rather worked hard on convincing him to give both of them a real chance at love. And I was so proud of Jordan for finally taking the courage to give himself a chance to love and beloved by the most sweetest and kindest man you will ever meet.

✎ Their journey to love and happiness was not easy but the step over every obstacle thrown their way,one obstacle being a cheating twat with the biggest audacity known to man,the entertainment industry aka Hollywood. But at the end of the day they made it with their dreams and goals intact surrounded by supporting friends and family.

✎ Seeing the Eleven guys all together in this book with their significant others and family made me so happy, one of my weaknesses is found family and this book and series did it brilliantly. It was beautiful, emotional, swooning and sexy.

I really want to give Ben a high five in the head with a chair. He really pisses me off. This was so cute and I really loved this relationship. The end was so amazing. I loved how the each grew so much and finally learned to speak with each other. I'm so happy they all got what they wanted, without drifting apart again.

What a happy ending!!!

What an adventure.

I consider Eden Finley a light read but I had underestimated the level of drama in this book.

Interesting to discover the other side of famous people.

In this book, Blake discovers his homosexuality, something he was unable to explore on tour, and now he's struggling to put into words the emotions he feels. He will literally be thrown into the lgtbq community by experiencing the harmful lessons within the famous artists and their orientation.

Jordan, on the other hand, is trying to overcome all of his fears and wounds that are coming to the surface in regards to his choice of partners. With a drama of a controlling ex trying to ruin his new relationship and plunge their careers.

A must read. A bet that leads to a beautiful love story. Will their next bet be to stay together forever? I enjoye every minute of this book. Of the serie really. Could be read as standalone but highly recommand to read the others one too.

This book contain: friend to lovers, co stars, awakening, first time gay s*x scene, a bunch of singers, and a powerful ex.

I really liked these two together. Fairly typical Eden Finley - charming characters, fun banter, low angst. It was fun seeing the characters from the previous books all together.
