This book was felt like a lesson of what could happen if you fall in love too fast.
I eventually found Ava to be quite annoying. She kept resorting to the love her and Matt had apparently found. It felt like she was trying to convince herself how in love she was with him, by the amount of times she referred to it. Further and further in to the story it felt like there was no love left, only lust.
In the end Ava wasn’t as annoying, and then started to fall in love with Matt (again).

Graphic: Animal death and Blood
Minor: Drug use
