Picks up where the first left off and I'm excited to see what happens next. Things are going well for them both and Kelsey manages to capture all emotion so it's as if you feel everything the characters do.

Hayes is the one that seems to have more growth as he's navigating his way through his relationship with Laiken and his friendship with Cam.

Despite not having immediate plans to go to college, Laiken is comfortable with who she is and is content right now. She's strong and independent and doesn't back down. Because they've known each other a while, they are comfortable with each other and things are progressing quickly.

This is a story about a close bunch of friends that are trying to make their own way through life. You can relate to them and you can feel their insecurities, it's real and I love that I can see everything as if it's playing out like a movie.

It's like a raw love that we get to watch blossom and grow. It's beautiful but is also nerve racking because things can't be this perfect. I feel like we're waiting for something to happen.

Hayes knows there's something going on, but everyone is blinded by the help Cam received. You can feel the anguish Hayes feels at trying to voice his opinion only to be shot down for acting jealous. I feel like if he didn't keep what he knew to himself then it would be OK, but I understand why he does.

It shows that sometimes doing what's right comes at a cost, and that some people are experts at manipulation. Moving things around and making people pliable to their needs without them realising. Those people are dangerous.

There is so much to this story that is to be told and there is no way it could be condensed.

This about making choices that may not always be the right ones. It's about about loving someone so much that you will do anything for them. It's about keeping secrets thinking it's what's best, only for things to blow up in your face.

To say I love this would be an understatement. The way Kelsey has used her words to bring this story to life is something to be in awe of. You can feel how much emotion has been poured into this story and I can almost see her sitting there bringing these characters to life just so we have the privilege of knowing them just as much as she does.

That ending is enough to fracture the already fragile state of emotions all the way. Let's hope we get to the bottom of everything that has happened, and all will be right with the world.

Well done Kelsey, well done.

Honestly, I f el like the author should have just added the guys becoming friends again at the end of the first. The characters and plot tires me and I feel annoyed at the characters more than anything.
