Personally I think this book was way too long for a romance book. A lot of it was repetitive and a bit juvenile in how it was written. There’s a few cringey moments. However, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. It was sweet and a quick read.

Worst book I've read in a while! There are so many spelling mistakes it distracts from the book. The writing style reads like an AI that was fed only tiktoks made by 15-year olds. Honestly if anyone ever asks "why do we need editors?" Show them this book.
The plot is also just wild, getting a boyfriend does not cure depression.

That said if you are reading this hoping to find a character you can relate to, please seek help. It might feel as if you are alone but your support system is bigger and stronger than you think.

I really liked this book. I was a bit reluctant at first since it was a recommendation from booktok.

Lily is sweet and adorable. She writes all her thoughts in a diary and the author portrayed very beautifully the depression and pain she was going through. She had no hope left, that is until Colin suddenly appears in her life and turns it upside down. Somehow his presence in her life also changed the way she talked, meaning she was both confused and relieved at the same time.

The book itself is a full roller coaster of emotions, so I suggest you have some napkins with you.

This book was ok, setting aside the fact that this kid thinks he can save a girl from depression with a few days out, it was just poorly written.

There were so many sentences that seemed as though words were missing. A few I had to read multiple times to make sense of… not sure I did with some of them.

I feel a simple proof read could have solved many of my issues with this book.
