I'd be a little bit more surprised to find a graveyard of orphaned ghost children, but that's just me.

I love a good ghost story, and this children’s book is just that. But, it IS a children’s book, so could have been spookier and more developed, but was still good.

Deep and Dark and Dangerous was so good, this book suffers by comparison. I was looking for a scary read-aloud for my sixth grade library classes and I will have to keep looking.

Never really connected with the protagonists, and it didn't quite reach the creep factor I've found in some of Hahn's other books, but it was a fun little ghost story with a little bit of history sprinkled in.

I picked this one up at the used book store for $2. I thought it would be fun start to spooky season and it was! A nice proper ghost story.

Corey and Travis are not bad kids, but they are definitely naughty and love pulling pranks. Since their summer camp has asked them not to return, they are sent to their Grandmother's Inn in Vermont. On the first day they find out it used to be haunted and now they know which way their pranks are going. Unfortunately, their pranks wake up a slew of both good and bad ghosts and they have to find a way to exorcise them forever before they ruin their Grandmother's business.

It's definitely a parable for naughty children. But it also mixed in some history and some really creepy scenes. I would've loved it and been terrified by it when I was younger.
