i really wanted to love this book, i did. but i feel like it was missing a lot of depth. i found jamie very annoying at times. i feel like she could have fleshed out more. of course, i didn’t realize this was book two in the series. and books that follow in companion series don’t always live up to the first one. tho idk how the first one went. that’s just my guess. i am considering on getting the first one to see how aiko & summer were. i did like relating to peaches “eldest daughter syndrome” tho.

The book was okay and at times I liked it but overall it was not particularly enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend it nor would I re-read it. I was so excited to read this book but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The biggest flaw for me is that the book was wordy which distracted and annoyed me.

the dialogue doesn’t really feel natural and I just couldn’t get past it

Cute book! So refreshing to see a love story of two women who have their own flaws being able to overcome their own issues and letting love win.

I’m so sorry, but is there honestly any other choice? I’ll do a 2.5 because it’s my local pride month
