When doing identity activities at the beginning of the year, this is a perfect book to use to talk about where you live... what you see.

A lovely book about the things that make us different as well as the things we have in common.

Really lovely book with beautiful, rich illustrations that show vignettes of children and their homes around the world with a subtle message of human connection.

I enjoyed getting to see other cultures through the eye of a child. The message that no matter how different people are we are still all connected was sweet. However it’s not very memorable.

The illustrations were absolutely delightful.

A read aloud that easily lends itself to extension activities in primary classrooms.

Told in rhyme, children around the world share what they see outside their window. Charming and universal.
