Well I did NOT expect to enjoy this book so much??? It was so fun. The fake dating was immaculate, the sexual tension was off the charts, the long drawn out will they won't they was delicious. And the smut?????? HOHOHHOHOOOOOOO the cherry on top.
Holly and Jen were such fun characters. I loved their meet-disaster and the following banter. I loved how they grew to like each other over time instead of instantaneously and I really enjoyed how the anxiety of does she like me was drawn out the perfect amount. Useless lesbians is so accurate here it's not even funny.
I even enjoyed reading about Holly's parents and about Jen's best friend. The greater cast of characters added just the right amount of influence to round out the two leads and hook me into the community as well.
