Really big fan of Gabrielle Zevin’s books lately and I enjoyed this. Quick read and the author covered the subject matter well and with nuance. Liked the all women focus of the narrative and the exploration of the effect a scandal has on career and the power dynamics between a young woman and a much older, more powerful man.
Graphic: Toxic relationship, Misogyny, and Adult/minor relationship
Moderate: Sexual content and Car accident

I was blown away by how much I love this book! This book reminded me why I love books about women that are written by women! Every main character is a woman, and each one is well-rounded and fully fleshed out. They're allowed to be messy and have confusing inner lives. They have hopes and fears. They fall into and out of love. They make their own choices on their own terms. They feel so real, which is extremely refreshing!
Graphic: Infidelity
Moderate: Antisemitism, Cancer, Car accident, Deadnaming, Death, and Terminal illness
Minor: Miscarriage, Pregnancy, Rape, Sexual assault, Sexual content, and Vomit
