i mean the book was lovely and i greatly enjoyed my time it's just... something i have read many times and i know the sapphics make it slightly more worthy but i'm not crazy about the idea of reading more into the series

I desperately want Sid to step on my neck in a sexual way.
SpoilerThe ending broke my heart as much as it broke Nirrim’s, and I loved (and hated) seeing Nirrim step into her true power #girlboss

2,5 stars. This started off really strong, but somewhere along the way I got a bit indifferent to the characters and the story. I enjoyed the writing, the characters were intriguing, but the overall execution wasn't that amazing to me.
Oh, but that epilogue? Fucking amazing. I honestly might just read the second book because of it.
