Woah

Once again Aleatha can do know wrong and this book proves it. This is a page turner with more questions building. The ending is a cliffhanger, so be prepared.

I'm definitely intrigued by the story, I really liked Laurel and I sort of this I know where it is going but with Aleatha you never know. I wish the first book had more to it, I feel like it ended right as it was getting started. Looking forward to the next book.

A new series from Aleatha! It’s set in the Secrets world but you don’t have to read those first at all. I’d say this is romantic suspense and it keeps you hooked! Book 2 is already out and I can tell you this is worth reading 100%! I lost sleep one night because I had to finish it!

Twisted is the first book in a new series involving the Chicago Underground and this book is definitely twisted.

I was hooked on this story from the beginning. I wanted to knew what was going on, who is behind everything, why are they doing it. I have about a million questions running through my mind and couldn’t stop reading because I wanted my answers.

I am also fascinated about Kader. From the bits and pieces we got throughout Twisted I know there is so much more to this man and to his story and I am DYING to find out! Laurel, there isn’t as much as a mystery to her, but I feel like there is more of her story we don’t know.

The chemistry between Kader and Laurel is undeniable, they tried to deny it, but you can only deal with the tension for so long before someone caves.

This story is fully of mystery and it is steamy. TWISTED does an AMAZING job of setting up the story and the plot for the following books in the series and I CANNOT WAIT to see what is in store next for Kader and Laurel.

From the dark, twisted mind that gave us Consequences, Aleatha Romig is back to her story twisting ways!! Laurel is a super smart doctor that is conducting and researching new drugs to combat PTSD. Her work is highly classified but when things start to get scary after a fundraising event, Laurel starts to question everything she thought she knew. Our mystery man Kadar is just that a mystery! I knew it was coming but the last line just nails it home that I am all in for this crazy twisted ride between Laurel and Kadar!!

This specific video review will be included in the May 2019 wrap-up.

Aleatha Romig is fast becoming one of my one click authors. You know the authors, the ones that no matter what they release you will buy it!

When I started reading Twisted it took me a few chapters to get started, I couldn’t connect to the characters straight away. But as soon as I got past those few chapters I was pulled into the story and I had to keep reading to find out what was going to happen. In a true Aleatha fashion, the author delivers twists and turns at every corner, and keeping us on the edge of our seats.

It was a nice change to read about a women that’s working in a male dominated environment. She has a brilliant mind and Aleatha did a fantastic job and of showing us that brilliant mind.

The action and suspense that was thrown into Twisted was excellent.

I can’t wait to read more of this series and see what happens with Kader and Laurel. We have a lot of unanswered questions.
