I'm reading fantasy fiction once more. That's a relief.
This part was a little dragging, compared to the previous book. I love Urgit though. His tone and similarity to Kheldar are fun to read about. The last few pages were too messed up, I think.
Yet, always fun to read about Belgarath and his kin.

Well finally the quest is started and of course there are obstacles placed in the path of our group of heroes. The thing that makes this feel like so much Belgariad fanfiction I think has to do with Deus ex Eriond. At least there is entertaining moments with our favorite characters to make it worth the cringe when you get to them. I also like how we are getting to see a different side of the Angarak nations rather than they just being the evil ones.

Second tome de La Mallorée et encore une fois nous suivons nos héros dans un voyage des plus périlleux. Encore une fois, il s'agit d'un scénario classique, mais on découvre cette fois des pays et des lieux inexplorés, on en apprends plus sur certains personnages (comme Mission) et l'on en rencontre d'autre (comme le Roi des Murgos). Et au final, même si le fond est très classique, les personnages et les mystères de la Prophétie, rendent le tout très distrayant.
