There was so much about this book that I absolutely loved! There was top notch banter, and hilarious moments between the Olive and the other characters in the book, starting on page one. But, I just felt like while the vibes were there the plot was lacking, almost like the story was incomplete. While the ending was super cute I just felt like there wasn't really a solid resolution to the minimal amount of conflict that happened during the rising action of the book. Again, loved the interactions and writing but the plot just fell flat for me personally. That being said, this is still a 3 star read because of the comedic value and the way that Olive Finch is so relatable.

I thought this was super cute. There were a couple things that kind of got under my skin and probably made it a 3.5 but I thought Olive was really sweet. I didn't think Milo groveled well enough or specific enough when he needed to, I loved them together except for how he came back after their major fight. She deserved better.

This book was so fluffy and beautiful and hilarious. I was laughing out loud the entire time, while also moved to tears. It feels as if I was along for Olive’s entire emotional journey and I’m not mad about it!!! May or May not be naming my next cat after a Disney villain ;)

Well I completely devoured this book in probably less than 24 hours. This was such a cute funny book. The plot of the whole book was perfect. There are some sad parts but it’s a part of life and it was well written. I definitely recommend this book to everyone.

I adore this book. I got so attached to Olive and Milo. I have to admit that I hated Milo for a minute when Olive was going through something. I literally laughed out loud, I teared up, I felt anger, seriously every common emotion. The writing was wonderful, the characters were awesome, and the story was super cute. I really enjoyed this book and I recommend it to absolutely anyone.
